The “Open Regulations – Public Decisions” is a program that is being continually implemented by the legal team of BCE’s Legal Department. The aim of the program is to provide citizens with a better insight into human rights issues and to facilitate access to relevant data and information related to human rights.
BCE’s Legal Department collects local and international regulations and decisions, processes them and classifies them into uniform forms, which are published on BCE’s website upon completing the classification.
Furthermore, BCE issues two annual publications which collect documents with basic information about the following:
1. Texts of domestic constitutions, laws and international regulations relating to human rights.
2. Text of the most important decisions related to human rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
